Christine Pash is a Ph.D. Candidate in Critical Music Studies at Stony Brook University (SBU). Her research focuses on strategies for curating and teaching about music or sound. At SBU, Christine has served as a Teaching Assistant for an undergraduate course about Hip-Hop music and culture. She has also taken coursework on Hip-Hop ethnography, or research with and about current-day Hip-Ho practitioners. Since June 2022, Christine has interned with the Universal Hip Hop Museum and the Hip-Hop Education Center, researching available media and relevant events for Hip Hop historical timelines.
