Luz Maria is a Bronx native, brought up by the NYC Public School System and is a CUNY BA Graduate. Passionate about involving the Youth in their community in conversations about politics and justice. Centering storytelling in their work, she is a Theatre maker, director, writer and Poet who best expresses herself in Verse.
